Our software timers all work based off of system time.
The TWO devices in this system (1. the scoreboard controller PC, and, 2. the timekeeper's scoring device, must show the same time. If not then the timer will be inaccurate.
To fix this set BOTH devices to automatic time zones. This can vary depending on your device, see below for one example.

1. RIGHT-CLICK on the clock in the bottom right of your screen and select "Adjust date and time"
2. In the window that opens, scroll halfway down and click "Sync now"
3. "Sync now" should now be grey and have a tick next to it - the time of your system is now synced correctly
4. Try your scorer again and see if the timer issues have been fixed, if not then by all means give us a call and we can help out!
