Number 1: TURN YOUR SCOREBOARD ON EARLY
Turning your scoreboard on way before its game time will let you spot any scoreboard issues before they become your issues. 99% of gameday scoreboard stress comes from finding out you have an issue 10 minutes before your game starts. Early detection leads into tip number 2.

Number 2: CALL SOLID IMMEDIATELY IF YOU HAVE ISSUES
Here at Solid we are manning the phones from 7am-7pm, 7 days a week, please call us at 03 9708 2992 and leave a message if our lines are busy. When the issue is happening, this is the best time to fault find.
By using phones & remote-access, we can fix and prevent issues quicker and easier. Rather than hearing about it next Thursday.
